Welcome to The Physio MVMT. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using our online services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Please read them carefully — they’re designed to protect both you and us, and to ensure every client receives a safe, transparent, and professional experience.

1. Who We Are

The Physio MVMT (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides physiotherapy and exercise rehabilitation services, both in-person and online.

Our mission is to help people move better, live stronger, and reduce their risk of injury through personalised, evidence-based care.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have a parent/guardian’s consent.

  • You understand that our content and exercise programs are for general information and guidance — not a substitute for personal medical advice.

  • You agree to follow these Terms and any additional terms provided when booking or subscribing.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

3. Services We Provide

We offer:

  • In-person physiotherapy sessions at our clinic locations.

  • Telehealth and online consultations via secure platforms.

  • Personalised rehabilitation and exercise programs through digital delivery.

  • Subscription-based programs designed to support long-term movement and injury prevention.

All care is delivered by qualified physiotherapists registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

4. Your Responsibilities

To help us provide the best care, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your health and injury history.

  • Inform us of any changes to your medical condition.

  • Follow exercise or treatment plans safely and within your limits.

  • Use online or telehealth services in a private, safe, and distraction-free environment.

You are responsible for your own safety when completing exercises outside the clinic.

5. Online & Telehealth Services

Online and telehealth consultations follow the same clinical and ethical standards as in-person care.
However, you acknowledge that:

  • Assessment accuracy may be limited by video quality or your environment.

  • You must follow safety instructions and communicate any discomfort immediately.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your technology (device, internet connection) is functional.

6. Subscription Programs

Our online subscription programs are designed to provide ongoing guidance and accountability.
By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate health information during onboarding.

  • Keep your account secure and confidential.

  • Understand that results depend on consistency, adherence, and communication.

  • Allow recurring billing unless you cancel prior to your next payment date.

Cancellations can be made at any time through your client portal or by emailing us at nathan@thephysiomvmt.com.

7. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

In-Person Appointments

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee.

Online Programs & Subscriptions

  • Payments are billed as agreed at checkout.

  • Refunds are available in line with the Australian Consumer Law — for example, if a service fails to meet reasonable expectations.

  • No refunds are provided for change of mind after personalised program delivery.

Event of Payment Failure

If a recurring payment fails, your access may be paused until the issue is resolved.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, programs, and platforms — including videos, text, graphics, and exercise material — is owned by The Physio MVMT Pty Ltd.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Health Disclaimer

While our physiotherapists are registered professionals, the information provided through our website or online programs is not a replacement for personalised medical care from your GP or specialist.

You should stop any exercise that causes pain or discomfort and seek professional advice if symptoms worsen.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from misuse of exercises or failure to follow instructions.

  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We deliver all services with due care and skill in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

11. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.
We handle all personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
