At The Physio MVMT, we value your time and are committed to providing a premium, flexible experience for all our clients.

This policy explains how we handle cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds for both in-person appointments and online programs.

1. In-Person Appointments

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that life can get busy and plans change.
To respect both your time and that of our physiotherapists:

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time may incur a late cancellation fee (up to the full session cost).

  • Missed appointments without notice (“no-shows”) are charged at the full appointment fee.

To reschedule, simply email us at nathan@thephysiomvmt.com and we’ll help you find another time that works best for you.

Emergency Exceptions

We understand emergencies can happen. If your cancellation is due to illness, injury, or urgent circumstances, please contact us directly. We review these cases with understanding and flexibility.

2. Online & Telehealth Consultations

  • The same 24-hour cancellation policy applies to online consultations.

  • If you experience a technical issue (e.g., connection failure), please contact us at nathan@thephysiomvmt.com so we can reschedule at no extra cost.

  • If you’re more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be forfeited.

3. Online Programs & Subscriptions

Our online rehab and performance programs are designed to deliver ongoing, personalised support.

Subscription Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime before your next billing cycle.

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid period — you’ll retain access until then.

  • To cancel, please email nathan@thephysiomvmt.com or manage your account through your client portal.

Refunds

We follow the principles of Australian Consumer Law:

  • Refunds are provided if a service is not delivered as promised or if there’s a major failure.

  • Refunds are not available for change of mind or unused portions of your program once access has been granted or a personalised plan delivered.

If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, contact us at nathan@thephysiomvmt.com, and our team will review your request within 7 business days.

4. Digital Products & Educational Material

All digital content (including exercise videos, guides, and educational resources) is non-refundable once delivered or accessed, unless required by law.

We ensure all materials are accessible, functional, and of professional quality before release.

5. Payment Issues

If a recurring payment fails, we’ll notify you immediately. Access to your online program may be paused until payment is successfully processed. Please ensure your payment details are current to avoid interruptions.
