The program doesn't have a set timeframe. The exercises are designed to become a part of your regular mobility routine, whether that's for daily mobility or as a warm-up to other exercises.

You'll need a few simple items: a heavy looped resistance band (power band), a light-moderate resistance band, a dowel or a broom, a step, a massage ball and a foam roller for myofascial release, along with a pillow/foam block/balance beam.

Initially, there are 40 minutes of instructional videos to watch. After that, you can integrate the exercises into your daily routine as you see fit. Even dedicating 10 minutes a day and rotating through the different phases during the week can be beneficial.
